Creative Hearts provides both individual and group psychotherapy, counselling, art therapy, and nature-based therapy sessions, contingent upon participant numbers. These sessions are conducted within the studio space as well as through a mobile service for therapies. At Creative Hearts, we have developed two aesthetically pleasing spaces designed for the enjoyment of both clients and their families or caregivers during therapy sessions. These spaces are accessible to participants of all ages and abilities and are characterized by a non-clinical, welcoming atmosphere. The Creative Hearts facility is equipped with off-street parking and wheelchair accessibility, ensuring convenience and inclusivity for all clients.
Ecotherapy, as a contemporary therapeutic approach, draws upon this ancient wisdom to enhance physical and mental well-being. By engaging with the natural environment, individuals can experience a sense of safety and exploration, facilitating a deeper connection with themselves and others. Our child and adolescent counseling services are designed to help young people overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Andi uses evidence-based techniques to help children and teens develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and achieve greater success in school and other areas of life.

ANZACATA serves as the preeminent professional body representing creative arts therapists across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia/Pacific region, while PACFA is a leading national peak body for the counselling and psychotherapy profession in Australia.
Attaining professional membership and insurance with ANZACATA ensures that therapeutic sessions are conducted by therapists who have achieved a master's degree in therapeutic arts practice and have participated in placements to further their knowledge and experience in the field. Similarly, PACFA membership signifies adherence to rigorous professional standards and ongoing professional development.
The ANZACATA and PACFA logos signify stamps of approval for recognized art therapy and psychotherapy businesses, such as Creative Hearts Therapeutic Arts Practice. These endorsements guarantee the highest quality of recognized therapeutic services.
Providers who are registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) are referred to as 'NDIS registered providers.' These providers meet stringent government quality and safety requirements.
Creative Hearts Therapeutic Arts Practice is a registered service provider with the NDIS since 2019, ensuring that all participants receive the highest quality services. This registration grants participants the choice and control to access our services if they are NDIA Managed. Andi, a qualified psychotherapist and creative art therapist, will assist all Creative Hearts participants in achieving their NDIS goals by providing individualized sessions tailored to meet their specific needs. Additionally, Andi can provide comprehensive reports upon request to support plan reviews and the acquisition of ongoing funding.
